The soft glow,

The dim glare,

This lantern that I hold speaks to you,

The flames grow stronger,

The bright light grows richer,

Your love is a blazing candle.

 

This is a very beautiful and calm ritual, bringing a sense of peace, love and unity.

 

When you and your partner first arrive together I will ask you both to light an individual candle before your ceremony begins. Once we reach the 'threshold' moment of your ceremony you will both simultaneously light the central candle from your individual candles representing your union infinite light and warmth.
